Old Town Revival
This 1875 historic home was renovated from a double to a triple sawtooth roofline, opening up the ceilings of the kitchen and master bedroom and creating a covered outdoor deck. In collaboration with HARC, the historic portions of the home were replaced with wood impact rated windows and doors and the non-historic portions received aluminum impacted rated windows and doors. The interior finishes were updated to reflect a simple and clean Shaker style that included bead board ceilings, a custom base board design, and exposed original dade county pine walls.
